I just watched "From Kokuriko Hill" and I wonder when my time of falling in love will happen

"From Kokuriko Hill" a.k.a "From Up on Poppy Hill"

A story about a 17 year old girl, Umi, who lives on a hilltop house beside the sea with her grandmother and other boarders. Everyday she raises a signal flag for passing ships in memory of her father.

Noticing the flag every morning is her schoolmate, Shun, who sees it from his father's tugboat.

The two eventually meet in school at a protest rally to protect the old Latin Quarter building which houses all the school clubs. Umi ends up joining the cause, getting other female students to help Shun and the club members clean up the building.

In the process, Umi and Shun develop feelings for each other. However, Umi discovers a shocking secret from the past that threatens to drive them apart.

It's an inspiring love story! A Japanese animation that will move you. From the same producers of "The Grave of Fireflies", "Howl's moving Castle", and the others if you know them.

I haven't watched animation for a long time now and I'm sure glad to have watched this first.
